It should be one of the first tabs available when selecting a section.
Open the Crown Store and then open the ESO Plus tab within the store. This can be found in the character select screen or in its own in-game section of the menu. Log in to your account and find the Crown Store tab. Instead, simply open the launcher and start the game to begin the process. It's activated in-game, so don't go to the Elder Scrolls Online website to access the ESO Plus free trial.
